Account information
The site stores your name, email address, and a one-way password hash to provide account access. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
Contact messages
Messages submitted using the contact form are stored so the site administrator can respond. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
AI demo messages
When the chatbot demo is configured, messages are sent to the site’s Python AI agent. The configured AI and search providers may process the content under their own settings and terms. A short history is retained per account and product to provide conversational responses. The website records usage timestamps and product IDs to enforce daily limits, but does not store chat text in its usage log. Avoid sending confidential information.
Subscriptions and deletion
Subscription and webhook event records are retained to manage service access and maintain transaction history. When an account is deleted, personal sign-in details are anonymized, while subscription records may be retained for accounting and legal obligations. Retention periods and processor details require business-specific review.
